Coachella Consolation

No Indio for me this year, but on Monday night we got a bit of a consolation prize as LCD Soundsystem played a somewhat secret show at Webster Hall. They open for Jay-Z in Indio tomorrow, so it was almost like being there. Actually, it was nothing like being there but it would have to do; Flights to Palm Springs leaving tomorrow are stratospheric (don't think for a second I didn't check), there's no plane coming to get me, and the chopper's out of range.
